Lost or damaged shipments
The purpose of this policy is to protect our customers against any loss during shipment. If a purchased product is mailed or shipped and is lost in transit, Clean Green will replace the product after completion of a trace. Subject to availability of product, similar alternative products will be used to replace them, or an account credit issued.
